I have a 2000 Gulfstream camper for sale. Its in great shape and everything works. It has been used by our ambulance service as a mobile house for our EMT's that service sporting events in Illinois.
The front has your typical table that turns into a bed and a pull out sofa, it will sleep 6 adults in a pinch. The back had the typical queen sized camper mattress but we unscrewed the bed base and turned it so a real queen sized pillow top mattress would fit. It cost us one of the corner night stands but allowed for storage under the head of the bed for about 6 folding chairs. The mattress lifts and there is a ton of storage space under it as well as access from the rear door outside the camper.

4 burner stove, fully ducted furnace, huge linen closet in the hall with shelves and hanger bar. Everything works as it should including the water heatrer, the pump is 2 years old as is the deep cycle battery.
Replaced the power center/charger last fall because the transformer went out. A/C works great.
Full rubber roof with no leaks, tears of bubbles of any kind. All plumbing is in tact and in great shape.
50gal fresh water tank under couch. 2 30lb propane thanks which were just filled.

New brakes and tires fall of 2009, replaced crappy camper tires with a set of Goodyear trailer tires. Bearings were all repacked at the same time.

It has been on jack stands since April of this year under an oak tree on a race track, the exterior is in excellent shape its just dusty and needs a soapy bath. Paint is shiny and in good condition.

I have a clear title, it takes a 2 5/16 ball and and RV plug. I tow this with my 2005 Suburban without a leveling hitch and I have no issues what so ever.
If you have a 1/2 truck with leaf springs I would strongly suggest a leveling kit.

The place is stocked with pots, pans, plastic plates and cups. I have no need for them as I do not have another camper or RV to put them in so they can go with it if you want them.
